COVID Safety Plan

We’ve put specific safety measures in place for both you and our installation partners.

Before our team arrives at your property, you must notify us if you answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions:

  • Has anyone at the property been diagnosed with COVID-19?
  • Has anyone at the property been in contact with a known COVID-19 case?
  • Has anyone at the property returned from overseas in the last 14 days?
  • Has anyone at the property been ordered into isolation by the Department of Health?
  • Is anyone at the property feeling unwell/showing symptoms of COVID-19?

Our installation partners are following this COVID Safety Plan, which is in line with The Clean Energy Council’s new set of health and safety measures:

  • When they arrive on site, they will call you to run you through the plan for the day. They can’t currently have a face-to-face discussion with you. If the team need to discuss anything with you, they will call you.
  • They can install if they have zero contact with residents (ie. you go outside or into a separate part of the house if they need to enter your home). Please note: they will avoid entering the house where possible, but will need access to the manhole. They will ask you if you’re comfortable with them using your bathroom. If you aren’t, please let them know so they can make other arrangements.
  • Wearing a mask – indoors and outdoors
  • Max. 2 people working inside at the same time; max. 5 people working outside on the job
  • Wiping appropriate surfaces with alcohol base wipes and washing/sanitizing their hands
  • Keeping 1.5m away from others on-site/as far as practical
  • They will leave paperwork on the front doorstep or in your letter box
  • We will send your rebate paperwork to you via email and ask you to sign and return this to us.
  • Our installers are getting a weekly COVID-19 test

Safety is always our Number 1 priority.
